SG60 National Day Fuel Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period
   This promotion is valid for one day only, on 9 August 2025, from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM (Singapore Time).
   
2. Eligibility
   
   • Promotion is exclusively available to currently registered Energy Cardmembers.  SG60 discount is given when the physical membership card is used for pump activation and payment.
     
   • Non-cardmembers may sign up in-store to enjoy the promotional rate, subject to successful registration.
     
3. Promotion Details
   
   • Eligible customers will receive 40% off the pump price of petrol and diesel during the promotion period.
     
   • Discount is applied at the point of sale upon using a valid Energy Card.
     
4. Non-Stackable Offer
   
   • This SG60 promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts or promotional offers, including but not limited to:
     
     • Regular Energy Cardmember discount (28.75%)
       
     • Ongoing offers e.g. Opening promotions or Happy Hour promotions
       
     • Special discounts or gift vouchers
       
5. Pricing Disclaimer
   
   • Fuel prices may fluctuate during the promotion period.
     
   • The final payable price is the pump price displayed at the station at the time of transaction after the 40% discount is applied.
     
6. Limitations
   
   • The promotion applies only to in-store purchases at participating stations. 
     
   • Not applicable to bulk purchases or deliveries.
     
   • No refunds, cash redemptions, or extensions will be offered.
     
7. Right to Amend
   Smart Energy reserves the right to:
   
   • Vary, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
     
   • Amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary, subject to regulatory requirements.
     
8. Disputes
   In the event of any dispute, the decision of the company is final and binding.
